Rose crept low to the ground, the grass brushing against her soft beige belly. With her father gone she felt empty and alone, but not regretful. It made her realize that now she could grow up With his memory, but without having to get the look of sadness and mourning from him. She was alone, yes, but it made her feel independent and free. She put one paw in front of another, practicing her stealth moves. Her small cub ears twitched and she picked up a faint paw step.

A small cub snuck slowly through the tall grass, careful not to rustle the grass too much, but just enough so it looks like the wind. She raised her face out of the grass, her eyes were black and were covered with dark red fur. I'm getting good at this! That stupid Pridelander cub doesn't even know I'm coming. She set her paw down a little too hard and saw the other cub's ears twitch. Uh-oh... Pray she didn't hear you Tamal. The other cub was much older and bigger than her, she did not want to get into a fight. After all, Tamal just followed her to see if she could do it.

She felt anothers presence but remained calm. Pretend you know nothing, just carry on. Her fathers words filtered through her head. She turned her eyes back to the ground then crept forward, her tail careful not to brush agaisnt the grass. Putting on a glimmer of challenge in her eyes as she sprung forward. Her paws dashing across the plains, she turned sharply, heading directly towards the place she heard the paw step.

Tamal's eyes widened in shock, the stupid cub was going to charge her was she? She snarled and bared her teeth and felt her claws slide out. She jumped out of the brush and aimed for the back of the Prideland cub. "Hah, you weak Pridelanders. Can't even defend yourselves!"

Rose snarled, her white fangs clearly visible. " Hmp! You stupid Putcasters can't stalk." Rolling out from under the other cub, her tail lashed angrily. How dare she call us weak! Rose thought angrily. She took a step forward, bracing herself for another attack, her eyes narrowed and she surveyed the other cub before her.

And that, by a cub even younger than you." She flicked her red-striped tail and shook her head, "That, I might say, is pathetic." Tamal spat the last word disgustedly.

It was power play because you said that you landed on top of the other cub. That's power playing. You should of said you tried to land on top of the other cub. Then the other person decides if you actually land or not.
